Rich and broody in colour, our signature Pinot springs to life through Tasmanian home-grown ingredients like full-bodied Pinot grapes, peppery juniper and a blend of fragrant spices that may well be Tassie’s best kept secret (Mum’s the word).
But there’s more to this surprising Noir than first meets the eye.
Discover hints of fragrant citrus perfectly paired with plums and dark berries to present a delicate aroma and distinctive flavour that takes the palate by surprise in all the right ways. It’s a walk on the wrong side of the tracks in all the right ways.
