Our alcohol delivery service in Singapore has a strict no-return, no-refund policy, except for items damaged during transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at vintageandvines@velocityvws.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items unless they are damaged in transit. No returns or refunds apply for any other reason, including change of mind.
Refunds for Damaged Items
In the rare event of a damaged item, we will provide a refund upon confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, although processing times may vary by your bank or credit card company.
