Origin: France, made with a blend of Caribbean rums, infused/macerated with fresh ginger and other spices. 

Named “Black Ginger Rum” in some markets; the “Ginger” variant appears similar. 

Tasting profile: strong ginger presence, some brown sugar / sweet-spiced character.
