The Les Loges 1er Cru cuvée by Nicolas Maillart is a full-bodied, structured and vinous champagne, carried by a beautiful minerality.
This champagne is made only from Pinot Noir from the Les Loges plot located on the Premier Cru terroir of Villers-Allerand, on the Montagne de Reims.
These grapes are vinified in oak barrels, without added sulphites. Ageing lasts 8 months.
This Blanc de Noirs is not dosed, Nicolas Maillart has chosen to let the purity of the wine, and the structure of the Pinot Noirs express itself.
Les Loges 1er Cru Nicolas Maillart has a golden colour with sparkling reflections.
On the nose, we discover nice notes of yellow fruits, and a touch of vanilla.
On the palate, this Blanc de Noirs begins with a beautiful fresh attack, then unfolds beautiful notes of fruit. The texture of the wine is very elegant, all in finesse.
